About Chris Fudge

Chris Fudge is a results-based personal trainer, strength and conditioning
coach, educator, and mentor. His philosophy that 'the road to success leaves clues' has been informed by over 15 years of professional fitness training experience, including more than 20,000 hours of live one-on-one coaching. As an industry leader, Chris’ priority is the well-being of his clients. His metrics-based and scientific approach to training focuses on the individual needs and goals of his clients and their progression toward enjoying active and healthy lives.

Chris has received continued recognition for his work in the fitness industry, including multiple nation-wide awards as Goodlife Fitness Personal Trainer of the Year as well as Impact Magazine’s Top Personal Trainer of 2020. He has also been voted Ottawa’s favorite Personal Trainer by Faces Magazine.

Chris frequently presents at fitness conferences such as Canadian Fitness
Professional (Can-Fit Pro), Canadian Society Exercise Physiology (CSEP
Symposium), Activate Academy, and Society of Weight-Training Injury
Specialists (SWIS). As an educator, Chris has developed and instructed
certification courses for DTS Fitness Education, Muscle Intelligence, and
Goodlife Fitness.

Chris is an active member of the Canadian Powerlifting Union community as a national-level referee, meet director, coach, and Team Canada athlete. He is also the creator and host of the Project Fitness Podcast, interviewing and discussing current issues with experts in the field of health and fitness.
